  • No problem - just add an extra week for $49.99. You can do this at checkout or contact us anytime during your rental period.

  • Every crate is cleaned and inspected after each rental. We take presentation seriously - your crates will arrive spotless.

  • Each crate is numbered and tracked. A replacement fee applies to lost or significantly damaged totes — details are outlined at checkout.

  • We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to guarantee your slot. For rush requests, contact us directly and we’ll do our best.
